Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Thanks for stopping by Jobbyzi.com. This page explains what happens with your information when you visit the site, and — just as important — what choices you have about it.
We’ve tried to write this in plain English rather than legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, feel free to reach out and ask.
What we collect
Like most websites, Jobbyzi.com picks up some basic technical information automatically when you visit — things like your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you look at, and how long you spend on them. This is standard analytics-type data and it helps us understand which parts of the site are actually useful and which ones aren’t.
If you ever fill out a form on the site (for example, to contact us or sign up for something), we’ll collect whatever information you choose to give us in that form — usually just your name and email address.
We don’t sell your personal information to anyone. Full stop.
Cookies
Jobbyzi.com uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to keep the site running smoothly and to understand how people use it. Some cookies are essential for basic site functionality. Others are used for analytics or advertising, which brings us to the next bit.
Google AdSense
We run ads on Jobbyzi.com through Google AdSense. This is how we keep the lights on and the content free.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites across the internet. Google’s use of advertising cookies allows it (and its partners) to show you ads based on your visit to Jobbyzi.com and other sites you’ve visited online.
A few things worth knowing about this:
- We don’t control what Google does with the data it collects through AdSense — that’s governed by Google’s own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
- The ads you see may be personalized based on your browsing history, or they may be generic, depending on your settings and location.
- Advertising partners working with Google may also use their own cookies or web beacons to collect information about your visits to this and other websites.
Your choice about personalized advertising
You’re not stuck with personalized ads if you don’t want them. You have a few real options:
Opt out through Google directly. Visit Google’s Ads Settings page to control how Google personalizes ads for you, or turn off personalized advertising entirely.
Opt out through the industry-wide tool. The Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative both offer opt-out pages that let you decline personalized advertising from participating companies, not just Google, in one place.
Adjust your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete third-party cookies through their privacy settings. This won’t stop ads from showing up, but it will limit how much they’re tailored to you based on your browsing.
Use “Do Not Track” or similar browser signals. Keep in mind not every advertiser honors these signals, but it’s worth turning on regardless.
One honest caveat: opting out of personalized ads doesn’t mean you’ll see fewer ads on Jobbyzi.com — you’ll just see ones that aren’t based on your browsing habits. Ad-supported sites like ours still need to show ads to stay running.
Other third-party services
Besides Google AdSense, we may use standard analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to see how visitors move through the site. These tools work similarly to AdSense in that they use cookies and collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Children’s privacy
Jobbyzi.com isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, let us know and we’ll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time — usually just to reflect new tools we’re using or legal requirements. We’ll update the date at the top when we do. We’d encourage you to check back occasionally, but we won’t bury major changes or try to sneak anything past you.
